Please follow the instructions and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and we will respond to you within
2 business days. We will not accept any return package without an RMA number.
Once issued, RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days in which it must
be returned to our facility by. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
You must contact the manufacturer if you do not return the item within this
time period. All RMA returns for credit must be requested within 14 calendar days. A minimum 15% restocking fee plus and any shipping and handling fees (i.e. free shipping offer) associated with your order will be subtracted from your credit under certain conditions such as non-defective items (Please read our return policy).
There are absolutely no refunds on shipping. All claims for shipping damage must be presented to the shipping carrier immediately.
