Poor Customer Service

I contacted the City of Industry store who shipped my order to inform them I unknowingly ordered Super Hits 20 which I did not notice was included in the Pop Party 5 package. I talked to a customer service rep. who I informed I needed to return the Super Hits 20 due to it was already included in the Pop Party 5. The told me only the Manager can authorize the return and asked for phone number due to Manager was not available at the time and Manager will return my call when available. It has been 12 days since that phone conversation that took place on Monday Nov. 17, 2014 and no one has returned my call. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service from this store's Management.
Great songs on the CD from the Pop Party 5 Very poor customer service, I rate it on a scale of 0 to 10 a big fat 0
