Holiday Extended Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your gift recipients to be 100% satisfied with our products. We understand some will not open their presents until even after the Holidays
so to ensure your recipients will love your holiday gifts and the products are fully functional, we’ve extended our return/exchange policy through
to January
16, 2019!

Any item purchased between November 24th, 2018 through January 5th, 2019 is eligible for our extended return and
exchange policy. If you have any questions about our return procedure,
please call us at (888) 8WE-SING. Requesting an RMA number is easy and can
be done by submitting a ticket to our RMA department through our
help desk.
Terms and Conditions:
- You must request your RMA# by January 16, 2019. We must receive your package no later than January 26, 2019.
- Open software is not refundable. You may only exchange software for the same title if your disc is defective.
- All Hard Drive based machines are customized and cannot be returned or refunded once the machine has shipped.
- The customer is responsible for any return postage and we suggest you please insure your return shipment to protect against damage or
loss. Ace Karaoke is not responsible for damaged items or items lost in
transit.
- Only store credit will be issued.

If you have utilized the free shipping offer, that shipping/handling fee
that Ace Karaoke covered will be deducted from your refund.
- Upgrades & Exchanges: You'll receive full credit less the shipping and handling fee.
- You must return all the original packaging and contents for a full refund. A minimum restocking fee of 30% will be assessed for any missing item(s).
- Please contact our Return Department at (888) 8WE-SING for an RMA# or
open a ticket through our
help
desk.
- Any return without an RMA# will not be processed, accepted or refunded.
- Write the return authorization number large and clear on the return label
or side of the shipping carton
and include a copy of your original invoice.
- Do not ship in the retail package/product's box. Package must be shipped in a brown shipping box with sufficient packing
materials; the same way you received your package.
- Due to busy holiday returns, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
