Track Your UPS Package By Your Order Number

This order tracker will only track UPS shipments. If your order was shipped using USPS, please visit USPS.com and enter in the tracking number e-mailed to you.

To track your package, your must have your order number and destination zip code ready.  You will also need to know your destination country and a range of shipping date within 6 months.

Your tracking information will be available within 24 hours after your package is shipped from our location.   If you placed your order after Friday 12PM or on weekend, your status will not be available until 10PM Monday night Pacific Time.

If your order was placed over the phone, your order number will be in the format of "SO-999999".  Please only included the 6 digits number, no letters or dash in front of the order number.
