Send us your old Karaoke Speakers and receive a credit of up to $150. Please read everything below before sending your player in.

How To Trade-in Your Old BMB Speakers and Get Credit

Please give us a call to discuss the details of trading in your used karaoke speakers.

Trade-In Value will depend on two factors:
  • The value of your old karaoke speakers and
  • the BMB speaker system you're looking to trade for (some speakers have more or less margins to work with).

Once a deal has been reach and the amount credited is approved, please follow these directions to send in your old karaoke speakers.

  1. Pack up your old karaoke speakers to send back to us:
    • Use a proper shipping box and shipping supplies.
    • Write "Trade-In Program" big on the outside of the box.
    • Include a note mentioning the Trade-In Program and include your contact information:
      • Name
      • Address
      • Phone Number
      • E-Mail Address
      • Reference your Sales Order for the New BMB Speakers on the box.
    • Using an insured shipping method with a tracking number, send to:
      • Ace Karaoke Corp

  2. We'll inspect your speakers and send out your new BMB Speaker System.
 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Trade-in items:
    • Any karaoke speaker system
    • The speakers must be in full working condition
    • Must trade in for speakers equal to or larger than your current system. (i.e., cannot trade 15" speakers for 8" speakers)
  2. All trade-ins are final.

Shipping

Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground. Please send your karaoke speakers to us well packaged and protected with proper shipping supplies using an insured method with a tracking number. When dropping off your item with UPS, we advise you to retain a drop-off receipt for your records. Please do not drop off the item at any of the UPS drop box locations, as you will not be provided with a receipt when using this method. We are not responsible for items damaged due to insufficient packing material.

You can also bring your karaoke player to any of our 2 Ace Karaoke retail stores.
