How to Earn Ace Karaoke Referral Points:

There are 2 ways to earn points.  Either from phone sales or online sales.
Every customer has a unique "Account Number" in their sales invoice.  Your account number will never change.  You just have to make sure all of your friends or referees mention your "Account Number" when they shop with us to make sure you will earn points from their purchase.  If the purchase is an online order, please make sure they put your "Account Number" in the comment box so we can credit you with the purchase.

Once an order is placed with your account number referenced, you will receive pending points. Your points will become active after 30 days. If the order was returned before the 30 day period, you will not receive any points.

What Do Referees Get by Mentioning Your "Account Number"?

We encourage every referee to mention your Account Number in every sale. Each customer who mentions your 'Account Number' will receive a small gift from us.  They can choose from one of the following items:

How are points calculated?

The amount of points earned will depend on the referred order's value. Points are counted per single transaction and you cannot combine multiple orders to achieve a higher transaction amount. The order value will fall in a category below in which you'll earn points when you reach a certain threshold. See the chart below.

For example, if your referral resulted in an order for $550, you will earn points in the first 3 brackets (5% bracket, 7% bracket, and 9% bracket).

$550 = 5% of $100 + 7% of $200 + 9% of $250
$550 = 5 + 14 + 22.50
$550 = 41.5 points

How can Ace Karaoke Referral Points be used?

You can use your points in 2 ways.

Shop on our site:

• Each Ace Karaoke Referral Point is equivalent to $1 spending point.
• You may pay the difference if your order amount is more than your points earned.
• Cannot be used with any discounts, coupon codes, or special offers when you are using your referral points.
• Referral points cannot be earned with purchases paid with referral points
• You can earn points off your own purchase by using cash or a credit card only.
• When you are to redeem your Ace Karaoke Referral Points, you must call us over the phone and have your account number ready.  Online redemption is not yet available. 

Cash out your points:

• You can cash out your Ace Karaoke Referral Points.
• You will earn $1 for every two Ace Karaoke Referral Points.
• For example, If you have 1000 points, you can earn $500 in cash.
• We'll send you cash by company check which will take 3-5 days of processing time.
• We can also send you a PayPal payment to your PayPal account on file.  For security reasons, you must register your PayPal account with us.

How do I check to see how many points I've earned?

You can click on this link and login with your account # and your zip code.  We'll show you how many points you have earned, and a list of transaction so you'll know if your referee have purchased from us.

What Happens if I forget my "Account Number"? or if I never purchased from you, can I still join the program?

You can e-mail us at sales@acekaraoke.com and we'll reply with your "Account Number" so you can pass this number to all of your friends and start to earn your Ace Karaoke referral points.  If you never purchased from us, we can still create an account for you, so you can begin earning referral points. Your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be required to create your account.
