Third time's a charm!

I ordered a particular karaoke disc. It arrived quickly, but the disc had a file/unable to read error on it. I called ACE Karaoke and they sent me a replacement disc. When that one arrived it was broken/cracked in two places. I called ACE again. This time they had me take a photo and email it to them. They then sent me a third disc which works fine.
