Great Set, Minor Issues Resolved Quickly & Professionally

We purchased this pack along with an order of 6 more karaoke disc packs... This was the only one we had an issue with. The audio worked perfect but the words didn't show up on the screen correctly. It was almost two weeks after the purchase before we used this one. Luckily I called Ace early the next day, because the return time period was going to end that day. You only have 14 days from the date of the order to set up a return. They sent out new discs immediately and we didn't even have to return the first set. We had them in a few short days and they all work and sound wonderful. Great duets for any crowd.
