Very easy to redeem

I really like the quality of the Karaoke Cloud songs. They are easy to read and follow. I only wish they had a larger selection.

I used this download website almost 1 yr. ago. purchased 12 songs.... five were worth keeping.. 7 were a waste of money. this new website is confusing & offers less music

NOT ENOUGH SONGS TO CHOOSE FROM.TOO HARD TO DOWN LOAD.I COULDNT GET MY MONEY BACK.I PAYED BEFORE I GOT TO LOOK AT THE SONG CHOOSE.THE LADY AT ACE KARAOKE SAID THE CLOUD HAD ALL THE SONGS I WANT. .I DONT WANT TOO DOWN LOAD ANYMORE SONGS BECAUSE THEY SUCK!!! WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
