Outstanding Service

I recently ordered a Sound Choice CDG, and got it from you in record time. Unfortunately, when I put it in my player, it failed to load in about 9 out of 10 tries. I called ACE, and explained the situation. Without hesitation, the young lady at ACE said they'd ship me a replacement. It came, once again, in record time, and works perfectly. THANKS ACE. I'll be calling you for all of my KARAOKE merchandise.
