Trade-In, Upgrade Your Old Hard Drive Karaoke Player

Send us your old, hard drive based player and receive a credit of up to $150 to put towards a new Acesonic KOD Hard Drive Karaoke Jukebox. Please read everything below before sending your player in.

How to Trade-In Your Old Hard Drive Player and Get Credit

1. Call us at (888) 8WE-SING to set up a trade.
2. Pack up your old player to send back to us:
   • Use a proper shipping box and shipping supplies.
   • Write "Trade-In Program" big on the outside of the box.
   • Include accessories, cables, remote, etc...
   • Include a note mentioning the Trade-In Program and include your contact information:
     • Name
     • Address
     • Phone Number
     • E-Mail Address
     • Order Number for the trade
   • Using an insured shipping method with a tracking number, send to:

3. We'll inspect your machine and issue a credit to be used towards an Acesonic KOD Hard Drive Karaoke Jukebox Player.

Trade-In Value:

• Receive up to $150 credit depending on player make, model, options, and condition.
• Product condition, missing remote, and accessories will affect trade-in value.
• We'll call you after inspecting your original player and determining its trade-in value to help you place an order for your new machine. You may also purchase your new machine beforehand and have the credit applied after we received and inspected your machine, and determine its trade in value.

Terms and Conditions of the Acesonic Hard Drive Karaoke Player Trade-In/Upgrade Program:

1. Trade-in items:
   • Any Acesonic KOD hard drive karaoke machine or other major brand.
• The machine must be in full working condition with remote controller included.
2. All trade-ins are final.

Shipping

Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground. Please send your karaoke machine to us well packaged and protected with proper shipping supplies using an insured method with a tracking number. When dropping off your item with UPS, we advise you to retain a drop-off receipt for your records. Please do not drop off the item at any of the UPS drop box locations, as you will not be provided with a receipt when using this method.

You can also bring your karaoke player to any of our Ace Karaoke retail stores.
