excellent speakers

When I got them working, they were excellent. It took some doing to get them set up, but the passive speaker did not initially work. After trying a different set of speaker wires it too worked. On examination the speaker wire from the powered to passive speakers were not properly assembled. not only was one of the wires actually not completely attached inside the fitting (Screw was loose and wire detached) but if it had been attached it wouldn't have worked as it was cross wired and had positive connected to the negative. Once straightened out, I couldn't be happier with its performance, and if I didn't have a helper with a lot more experience than I, I would probably still be saying a lot of bad words.
Poor attention to detail on the prepackaged accessories (Speaker wire not fully connected and cross wired inside the connector) I would still recommend them as they work extremely well and fit my needs but caution them to check on all connections etc.
