I'm really glad I spent a little more on mics. I was initially looking at a pair that were about 80 dollars. But if you're going to invest in a good Karaoke system, get good mics. They can make a world of difference. Also the mics are cordless which allows us to walk all around the room and not be tethered. Also, no feedback. Super pleased that when someone walks past the speakers, you don't get that feedback squeal. Not sure if that is by luck or design, but really like these mics too. Also lightweight
